On October 11, Jeongbeopsa Temple in Australia (Abbot Ven. Seolwoo) hosted the “2025 Jeongbeopsa Korea Kimchi Festival.” The event embodied the temple’s missionary vision, “Dharma conveyed through food, compassion continued through culture.” Not only Korean Buddhists but also local Australians and international visitors took part.

Jeongbeopsa shared that many local participants said they felt the patience and compassion of Buddhism through the care and waiting that go into kimchi-making. The temple added that it will continue to serve as a cultural bridge of faith, striving to bring the light of the Dharma into the world.
