This is a rendition of “Supplication for rain,” written in the semi-cursive style by Hyobong in 1939.  The contents of the writing bequeath a miraculous power to bestow rains to fall upon the nation, allowing the the trees, grasses and grains to grow in abundance, spreading comfort far and wide to the public.
